The responsibilities of this internship include working with onsite patient experience coaches to learn service excellence and identify gaps for improvement, conduct data analysis and interpret trends, auditing team members, ongoing promotion of teamwork and the opportunity to attend networking, collaboration and system meetings.
This is an unpaid internship experience open to undergraduate students with sophomore standing or above who are enrolled in any of the following majors: Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Leadership and Health Sciences.
