November is National Career Development Month!

The festivities for our National Career Development Month Celebration are underway, with a series of excellent workshops and opportunities to win prize giveaways!

Here are just a few of the ways you can win:

Attend the November Skill Build Workshop on Wednesday, Nov. 20 from 11:30 a.m. to noon. All attendee names will be entered into a drawing.
Be among the top five team members/learners on the Skillsoft Percipio Leaderboard by Friday, Nov. 29 at 4 p.m. and receive a prize.
Come see us at your location to learn more about our services and be entered into a prize drawing. The Center for Career Development team will be visiting the following locations in November:

Baptist Tipton – Tuesday, Nov. 5 | 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Baptist Union City – Thursday, Nov. 7 | 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Baptist Booneville – Tuesday, Nov. 12 | 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Baptist Carroll County – Tuesday, Nov. 19 | 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Baptist Golden Triangle – Thursday, Nov. 21 | 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Baptist Collierville – Tuesday, Nov. 26 | 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Coming in December: Skillscan Career Assessment Review Sessions

If you have taken or plan to take the Skillscan Career Assessment in November, please join us for any of the following 30-minute review sessions via Microsoft Teams in December.

We will discuss how to understand your Skillscan results and apply them to individual career development goals. Please contact the Center for Career Development at cfcd@bmhcc.org or 901-227-3844 for an access code to take the assessment.
