>> My name is Jody Vanderman, and I work for DuPont. I am a global products manager in one of our smaller businesses, and that business is called DuPont Diagnostics Qualicon. It's a food safety testing business. So if you think of pathogens such as E. coli, listeria, and salmonella, DuPont actually has a smaller business that creates instruments, software, and tests to screen for these pathogens in markets. So I work as a global product manager. That means that I work with our representatives in the Americas, in Europe, in Asia, et cetera. So my day-to-day activities are a lot of times associated with making sure that products get out the door on time and into various markets. And that can be quite challenging given a lot of the rules and regulations, as well as customs and duties, that we face in a lot of our markets. So it's getting products out the door. It's facing any challenges that we have on a daily basis, whether it's related to quality or inventory or a particular challenge that has come up. And sometimes it's really to do things, like there has been a new discovery in one of our marketplaces and what are some of the things that we need to do in order to address that specific need. So those are some of the day-to-days. Anytime you are in a global type of role, it's really not a 9-to-5 situation. But it can be a flexible situation, for sure. So generally in the morning I tend to work with Europe and the Americas, and in my evenings I'm working more with -- a lot of times -- Asia, for example. So it is 24/7. It makes it wonderful to have the iPhone or the BlackBerry for sure.
