>> My name's Christina Selby, and I'm the chief audit executive for GE Capital. We have a team of 420 auditors across the globe. And so we're in charge of making sure that the company is safe and sound. And so we're conducting audits all across the world. Focused on compliance, finance, operations. And so it's a great way to get to know the entire company and see all the different products and services. But it's also fun, too, because it's getting to know all the different cultures across the world as well. Lots of travel. So try and get out and visit the teams every so often. I was actually just last week doing a swing through Europe. So I spent a few days in London and then up to Stockholm, Sweden, down to Prague. And so a great way to just visit the team and see what the different businesses do across Europe. Yeah, in the field, it's really going in and meeting with some of the management teams. So just understanding what the challenges are that the business is facing. Looking at how they're going to be growing the business. And thinking about, for us for auditing, what does that mean to our audit plan? What do we need to do differently to cover the risks and make sure the controls are in place? I then spend a lot of time with my teams. So getting to know them. So doing some round tables, some one on ones, just to interact with each of them. And then we always try and get out and actually see the city that we're in, so it's not just in the office. So trying to do a dinner with some traditional food or go see a site just to also have a little fun while you're traveling, too.
