>> I'm John Barnes. [phonetic] I'm a partner with Grant Thornton. [phonetic] Grant Thornton is one of the Global Six Public Accounting firms. What I do is help companies overcome problems or deal with compliance issues. So the Sarbanes-Oxley Act came out in 2002. I help companies comply with that act, structure their internal controls appropriately, make sure they're complying with it, help them report to the audit committee, in terms of that, as well as internal audit other special accounting projects, enterprises, management and the like. It's a little bit 24/7 but I don't want to scare people in that regard. You know as a partner in the firm I'm an owner of this business so it's what I've chosen to do. It's what I love. And what I'd say I love about it, no day is, there is no typical day. It's not like one day I do this at 9:00 and I do the same thing at 9:00 the next day. It's always a variety. It's a lot of meetings, a lot of interactions with clients. It's a lot of interaction, whether you're in the audit tax or advisory field. You really get to interact with people, help them solve problems. So it's really a lot of conference calls, meetings, reviewing documents, interacting with people, really helping provide solutions to companies.
