Radiologic Technologist (CT Technologist)

CT Technologists specialize in computed tomography and perform scans on various parts of the body. Certifications may be attained in a number of specialty areas:

  • Echocardiographer
  • Ultrasound
  • MRI
  • Mammography
  • Nuclear Medicine

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology or related field

Licensure/Registration/Certification Requirements

  • Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technology in area of specialty
  • State license (as applicable)
Mature woman and medical technician during hand X-ray scan in the hospital.
