Human Resources Manager

A Human Resources Manager is responsible to provide oversight and leadership for the Human Resources department. This position will coordinate the daily activities of the Human Resource Representatives and Human Resource Specialist. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the Director to oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, engagement, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Education requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience required.
