Help Desk Technician

A Help Desk Technician provides initial employee support for technical questions received via phone, email, and messaging applications. This position determines the nature of problems and resolves basic support issues. 

Education requirements:

Entry level experience or educational equivalent to 1 year college/post-secondary education is required.  Two years experience or educational equivalent of an Associate’s degree is preferred.
