Diagnostic Medical Sonographers

Diagnostic Medical Sonographers produce ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by physicians.

Education Requirements:

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Imaging

Certification, Registration, and/or Licensure Requirements:

• Registered by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography ARDMS and/or Registered Vascular Technologist RVT
• BLS
