Associate General Counsel
The Associate General Counsel provides legal counsel to the entire corporation by researching and making recommendations based on federal and state laws and exercising expertise in areas related to health care law in order to minimize organizational risk/liability and to protect the varying business interests of the company and its various affiliated entities.
Education requirements
A JD (Juris Doctor) or equivalent degree from an accredited school of law is required. Admitted to Arkansas, Mississippi or Tennessee Bar.
Certification, Registration, and/or License requirements
License to practice law in Arkansas, Mississippi and/or Tennessee.
