All Baptist team members have the opportunity to participate in the 2026 Monthly Learning Challenge powered by our learning and professional development platform, Skillsoft Percipio. The Center for Career Development challenges you to learn new skills to stay current and focus on your professional development. Monthly Learning Challenge winners are selected randomly and sent a prize!
