Benefits Representative: Three years of human resources experience is required. A baccalaureate degree in Human Resources, business
administration or related field is required. This position provides Human Resource leadership and services to support the corporate mission.
Provides policy interpretation, information, counseling, and support to leaders, managers and employees in the area of benefits.
Benefits Consultant: Two years of human resources with benefits emphasis. This position assists employees with benefit enrollment and
changes within the various programs available to employees and completes accurate entry to ensure correct coverage. Communicates benefit
eligibility to employees. Resolves employee problems of incorrect deductions, cancellations, and other operational issues. Assists with yearly
activities sponsored by the benefit department.
Benefits Analyst: This position requires two years in a human resources or related field and Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a
related field. Equivalent experience can be substituted. The Benefits Technology Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing HR systems related
to employee benefits. This role supports the configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of technology platforms that administer
benefit plans such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement. The analyst serves as a bridge between benefits third-party vendors
to ensure accurate and efficient benefits administration and a positive employee experience.

Benefits Director Technology and Project Management: Team member must have previous supervisory experience in human resources or a
related field. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent work experience. The Director of Benefits
Technology/Project Management is a strategic leadership role within the Corporate Benefits department responsible for driving operational
efficiency through effective project management, overseeing Benefits-related IT systems and support, and managing employee benefits
administration. This position ensures seamless coordination between technology, project management and organizational priorities.
