Your next career opportunity is often connected to those who know your work, trust your abilities and can advocate for your contributions. You can build your own network by connecting with one new colleague, one leader and one person outside your department each month. After a year, you’ll have built a network of more than 30 meaningful professional relationships across the organization.
Investing in relationships can be just as important as developing technical skills. Start small, stay consistent and watch your network grow.
