We have activities planned throughout the month for National Career Development Month, so step right up and build your strengths, set new goals and celebrate your career journey with Baptist.
Here’s what’s scheduled for this month:
Wednesday, Nov. 5
Traveling Carnival Day at Baptist North Mississippi, 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Cafeteria
We’re taking this carnival to Baptist North Mississippi for an on-site visit where you can meet with our career advisors.
Tuesday, Nov. 11 and Wednesday, Nov. 12
Skillsoft Percipio Live Leadercamps
Join us for Skillsoft Percipio Live Leadercamps. Please see below for registration information. Topics will include self-awareness and executive peer power. Leadercamps are live from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon.
All Leadercamps are also available on demand if you can’t join the live workshop.
How to Register for Leadercamps in Skillsoft Percipio:
1. Log into your Skillsoft Percipio account. If you have not been given access to Skillsoft Percipio yet or have issues with logging in, contact the Center for Career Development at cfcd@bmhcc.org.
2. Click Library > scroll to Engage in Live Learning or search “Leadercamps.”
3. Click on Skillsoft Leadercamps Live. Then, click on the Learn More and Register link under the Leadercamp option you are interested in.
4. You’ll receive your access link directly from Skillsoft to join the Leadercamp.

You will hear from Baptist leaders in clinical and non-clinical roles on their unique career journeys and receive advice for navigating your own path.

Professional Development Contest
Step right up and win a prize in our NEW contest during Career Development Month!
