Processing and Managing Feedback
We had such a great response to last month’s Skill Build workshop topic that we have decided to continue the conversation in July! Join us as we focus on the topic of processing and managing feedback
A few ideas to get you focused before the workshop:
- Allow time for you and your team members to process the feedback given; it can take time to process the emotions that come with feedback and allow for reflection.
- Don’t brush off positive feedback — you learn just as much from positive feedback as you can from constructive criticism.
- Learning to process and manage feedback is a continuous process. Take advantage of resources provided to you as a team member.
