Aspire Journeys for Leadership including Leadership Development Core Journey and Leadership Transitions Journeys. Journeys are self-paced learning frameworks which include videos, articles and knowledge checks.
Skillsoft Leadercamps: Live Events and Replays. Leadercamps Live are interactive webinars presented by subject matter experts delivering on a variety of leadership and business skills topics. The Center for Career Development staff can assist with customized learning recommendations for your team members including learning cohorts, assessments and curated topics related to soft skills and professional development skills.
Yearly goal idea: A few of our Baptist leaders are piloting a learning challenge goal focused on team members and professional development. Leaders challenged team members to achieve a minimum of 12 learning hours in Percipio in one year. The staff of the Center for Career Development can provide guidance on learning topics and provide monthly reports to assist with tracking your teams’ achievements.
