FOCUS 2 Explore is a great resource if you are exploring the possibility of earning a degree, considering the completion of a degree, focused on discovering a new career path or interested in learning more about yourself.

If you are considering a new career pathway, pursuing a degree or obtaining additional training, the Work Interest Assessment can help you learn about and narrow down the type of work environment and career area that may be a good match for you.
If you would like to learn more about what you value in your work environment and identify your specific strengths, complete the Values Assessment.
If you are a Leader and would like to know more about your team members, especially during onboarding, encourage the members of your team to complete the Personality Assessment.
